02 — Description
What the
equipment does
The rotor-type washer cleans the material under a jet of heated water with detergents, by friction against the blades of a high-speed rotor. The octagonal housing keeps the material moving chaotically, so it is cleaned more thoroughly. Dirty water drains by gravity through the bottom screen.

Scrubbed clean
on the rotor blades
An interactive drawing based on the photos, specifications and open sources. The side panels of the housing are off, so you can see the rotor carrying the flakes up the inclined housing while hot water washes the dirt out through the bottom screen.
