We discuss feedstock
and goals
Free of charge, we analyze the composition of your waste, your volumes and existing equipment, and draft a preliminary line concept.
From a single unit to a turnkey line.
We design, build and commission equipment for your feedstock and your goals.
FROM FEEDSTOCK TO FINISHED PELLETSEvery unit is part
of a complete solution.
We select equipment for a new plant or upgrade the lines you already run.

We combine shredding, washing, drying and pelletizing into one process — 150–400 kg of pellets per hour.

Learn about upgradesOur lines handle feedstock contamination of up to 50% and more. An engineer will confirm whether your material is suitable from a description or a sample.
Film waste and stretch film, fragments up to 50 mm
Big-bag (FIBC) yarn and polypropylene bags, fragments up to 100 mm
Thick-walled plastics and PET flakes, fragments up to 30 mm
Pelletizing as part of turnkey lines
The stages our equipment covers. Shredding, drying and extrusion are selected as part of a turnkey line.
Removes dirt, sand and heavy contaminants
Deep cleaning by intensive friction
Mechanical moisture removal before drying
Storage, dosing and conveying
Screen changing and vacuum degassing
Hot cutting of the melt into pellets
Wash water is treated and returned to the cycle
Complete lines, individual machines and components, all made in-house.

Full cycle: shredding, washing, drying and pelletizing of plastics with feedstock contamination of up to 50% and more.

Intensive moisture removal from shredded film, yarn and rigid plastics before drying.

Deep cleaning of film, big-bag (FIBC) yarn, bags and rigid plastics by intensive friction.

Feeds film, big-bag (FIBC) yarn and regrind into the extruder without an agglomeration step.

Hot die-face cutting of the melt for uniform HDPE, LDPE and PP pellets.

Closed water loop for washing lines: treated water returns to the cycle up to 20 times.

Self-centering die plates and floating knives for a clean cut and consistent pellet size.

Primary washing of heavily contaminated plastics: separates dirt, sand, stones and heavy contaminants.

Contact and ejector fans move pellets, regrind and flakes without manual handling.

Removes gases and moisture vapor from the polymer melt, so pellets have no moisture droplets or delamination.

Stores feedstock and doses it evenly into the extruder, screw feeder or agglomerator.

Four replaceable 200–250 mm elements: melt filtration without stopping the extruder.

Balanced washer shafts, centrifuge rotors and conveyor screws, including stainless steel versions.

Bearing unit for RTs-2u cylindrical gearboxes, designed for high axial loads.
Replacing all your equipment is not always necessary. We improve and upgrade existing lines, including Chinese-built ones: we replace key units and rebuild washing, degassing and filtration to achieve consistent product quality.

Free of charge, we analyze the composition of your waste, your volumes and existing equipment, and draft a preliminary line concept.
We select or design the units, work out the configuration and estimated payback, and show what can be improved on your current line.
We manufacture and deliver the equipment, carry out installation and commissioning, and help you reach planned capacity.
We design and manufacture industrial equipment for recycling municipal solid waste (MSW) and post-consumer plastics. We launch turnkey lines at operating plants — from the technical specification and design documentation to commissioning and reaching rated capacity.
We can design lines for difficult and heavily contaminated feedstock where standard equipment does not deliver the required result. We work with specialized Russian design institutes, so our solutions are easier to integrate at your plant and to get approved.

Tell us what feedstock you process and how contaminated it is, what throughput you need per hour or per shift, and what you want as output — clean flakes or pellets. If you already have equipment, describe it, and we will select units that fit into your existing line. The initial analysis of your feedstock and task is free of charge.
LDPE and HDPE polyethylene, polypropylene (including big-bag (FIBC) yarn and bags), thick-walled plastics and PET flakes, and, as part of complete lines, glass-filled PA (PA-GF), ABS and PVC. The lines are designed for feedstock contamination of up to 50% and more.
No. We supply both complete turnkey lines and individual machines and components: centrifuges, washers, pelletizing heads, melt filters, screws and shafts.
Yes. You do not have to replace all your equipment: we improve and upgrade existing lines, including Chinese-built ones. We replace key units and rebuild washing, degassing and filtration.
They depend on the equipment. Lead time is 20 to 60 working days. Payment is usually 70% prepayment, 30% after manufacture. The warranty is 6 or 12 months. Exact terms are listed on each product page.
The site lists prices of individual machines and units. A turnkey line also includes the shredder, extruder, conveyors and pneumatic conveying, water treatment, engineering, installation and commissioning, so its price is calculated from a specification for your feedstock and output.
Yes. We supply the equipment, carry out installation and commissioning, and help you reach planned capacity.
Design and manufacturing are based in Taganrog, Rostov Oblast. We ship equipment by freight carrier; pickup from the factory is also possible.
