02 — Description
What the
equipment does
The unit was originally developed in the USSR for a domestic gearbox and was part of the standard extruder package on plastics processing lines. It is compatible with modern extrusion lines and remains highly reliable.
It is mounted on a separate pad of the extruder frame next to the gearbox, ensuring correct kinematics and stable line operation.
Design
- Housing with an oil bath for bearing lubrication
- Water jacket for cooling the unit
- Thrust and radial bearings equivalent to imported solutions
- On request: installation of non-Chinese bearings with supporting documents and photo and video records
