Pneumatic conveying
Contact and ejector fans move pellets, regrind and flakes without manual handling.
Vacuum degassing
Removes gases and moisture vapor from the polymer melt, so pellets have no moisture droplets or delamination.
Storage hopper
Stores feedstock and doses it evenly into the extruder, screw feeder or agglomerator.
Screen changer
Four replaceable 200–250 mm elements: melt filtration without stopping the extruder.
Screws and shafts
Balanced washer shafts, centrifuge rotors and conveyor screws, including stainless steel versions.
Thrust bearing unit
Bearing unit for RTs-2u cylindrical gearboxes, designed for high axial loads.
