What the
equipment does
The systems integrate with extrusion lines and post-consumer plastics recycling lines. They include a contact fan, a fan with an ejector, impellers and an extruder cooling fan. Reinforced blades and high-precision balancing reduce wear and vibration.
System components
- Contact fan: bulk materials 5–30 mm, film and big-bag (FIBC) yarn 50–100 mm; material passes through the impeller; conveying distance 5–50 m; motors 3, 5.5 and 11 kW
- Non-contact fan with ejector: bulk materials 5–30 mm and film 30–50 mm; conventional pressure (blowing) design; motors 3–5.5 kW
- Ejector: capacity 300–500 kg/h, pipeline 110–160 mm, carbon steel or AISI stainless steel
Air carries the material
with no manual handling
An interactive drawing based on the photos, the specifications and open sources. A contact fan draws the material from the funnel through its impeller and blows it along the pipe into a receiving bin.
- Contact fan impeller: the material passes straight through it
- Pellets, regrind 5–30 mm or film 50–100 mm; pipe 110–160 mm
