02 — Description
What the
equipment does
A local system for wastewater treatment and water recycling at your plant. It is installed inside the shop or as a separate container unit and operates at air temperatures from +5 to +45 °C.
Treatment uses intensive methods (electroflotation, electrocoagulation, electrolysis, electrodialysis, sorption and mechanical filtration), so the system also suits small production sites. There are two treatment stages: one for water recycling and one for discharge to the sewer.
Besides plastics recycling, the system is used at dairy, meat and fish processing plants, poultry farms, electroplating shops, and washing facilities for road vehicles and railcars.
Treatment performance: inlet → after treatment
- Suspended solids: up to 50,000 → less than 300 mg/L
- Fats, petroleum products, oils: up to 5,000 → less than 0.1 mg/L
- Organic matter: up to 5,000 → less than 300 mg/L
- Surfactants: up to 3,000 → less than 0.5 mg/L
- Sand, heavy metal oxides: up to 10,000 → 0.1–5.0 mg/L (zinc)
- Nanoplastics: up to 10,000 → less than 100 mg/L
