Tailored to your task
Discuss your feedstock, the result you need and the machine’s place in your line with an engineer.
An engineer will help confirm suitability and configuration.
What the
equipment does
We work to customer drawings and to our own designs: we adapt the geometry to fit your equipment and ensure compatibility with your existing recycling lines.
Quality and service life
- All units undergo high-precision dynamic balancing
- Seal seats hardened to 45–50 HRC
- Blade liners on shafts and rotors made of heat-treated high-strength steel
- Liners fastened with stainless steel hardware for corrosion protection
To help us select equipment, tell us what feedstock you process, what result you want, and which equipment the new unit needs to work with.
Every shaft
is balanced
An interactive drawing based on the photos, specifications and open sources. A friction-washer shaft with bolted blade overlays lies on the roller supports of a balancing machine: the pick-ups in the supports show the unbalance and correction weights take it out.
- Correction plane that takes the next weight
- Shaft with blade overlays, seal seats hardened to 45–50 HRC
